Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

If you downloaded Goals from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

In the event of any conflict between Apple’s EULA and these Terms of Service, Apple’s EULA shall take precedence for users who obtained the App through the Apple App Store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Work time divider and shifts (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


2. Description of Service

The App provides tools for:

  • Dividing work time between multiple users
  • Managing and tracking work shifts
  • Calculating time intervals and schedules

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the App

4. Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your account
  • All activities under your account

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer paid subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions can be managed and canceled in your account settings
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions unless required by law

6. Free and Premium Features

The App may offer both free and premium features.

  • Free users may have limitations
  • Premium access unlocks additional features

7. Advertising

The App may display ads through Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for third-party ad content.


8. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided “as is”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the user’s country of residence, in accordance with applicable regulations.

  • No se realizan reembolsos salvo obligación legal

6. Funcionalidad gratuita y premium

  • Algunas funciones pueden ser limitadas en la versión gratuita
  • La versión premium desbloquea funciones adicionales

7. Publicidad

La app puede mostrar anuncios mediante Google AdMob.

No nos responsabilizamos del contenido de terceros.


8. Privacidad

El tratamiento de datos se rige por la Política de Privacidad.


9. Limitación de responsabilidad

  • La app se ofrece “tal cual”
  • No garantizamos funcionamiento sin errores
  • No somos responsables de daños indirectos

10. Terminación

Podemos suspender el acceso si se incumplen estos términos.


11. Cambios

Podemos modificar estos términos en cualquier momento.


12. Legislación aplicable

Se aplicará la legislación vigente según corresponda.
